Chris takes pride in showing up prepared, easy to work with, and ready to deliver exceptional value.
He respects your time, your team, and your process — treating everyone with professionalism and kindness, from meeting planners to AV crews and event staff.

Chris approaches every keynote as a partnership, not just a presentation.
He takes time to understand your audience, your goals, and your event theme — ensuring the message resonates long after the conference ends.
Chris was the perfect keynote for our conference theme. His Momentum Shift framework gave our delegates a practical way to navigate change and sustain leadership energy.
-Isabella Vito, Conference Chair, Queen's University
A visual activation where participants identify the habits, beliefs, or barriers holding them back from momentum.
During the session, participants write their “shift” on a sticky note and add it to the wall — creating a collective moment of reflection and commitment.
The result is a living display of the room’s willingness to adapt, grow, and move forward.
Impact: Participants leave with clarity on what needs to change — and the momentum to begin.

Inspired by aviation safety tags removed before takeoff, these custom artifacts represent the habits, distractions, and beliefs that create drag in leadership and performance.
Participants identify the drag factors slowing their momentum and symbolically remove them as part of the experience. Each person receives a custom Remove Before Flight tag — a physical reminder to let go of the one thing holding them back.
Impact: A lasting reminder that momentum often begins by removing what no longer serves you.
Chris captivated our attendees with engaging storytelling and practical insights. Even when unexpected technical issues arose mid-keynote, he handled the moment with incredible professionalism and confidence.
