A bucket list is a list of dreams, to-dos, and goals to accomplish before you “kick the bucket” or pass on. Some people may live daily with their bucket list, and others may never have one.
Have you ever seen the movie called The Bucket List? It was released in 2007 with actors Morgan Freeman and Jack Nicholson. They both are terminally ill with cancer and know time is not on their side. They create a bucket list of things they want to do before they die. The movie then shows their epic adventures of experiences, travel, and fun worldwide.
I believe creating a bucket list is essential. I’ve learned long ago that things are not what we will remember but rather experiences. Experiences are the things you will remember for a lifetime until you finally kick the bucket.
My question to you is - do you have a bucket list? You may call this something else; a list of life goals, accomplishments, or dreams. Whatever you call it, it’s crucial to have an idea of some things you would love to do before you’re gone.
Let’s face it; things can change in an instant. Your life can alter for better or worse in a matter of seconds. No one knows what your future holds. This is why you must take action and live it to the fullest daily.
Creating a bucket list will give you a vision of things you would love to accomplish, obtain, and experience. This list aims to let your mind run wild and without limits. Try not to think of how to achieve these tasks, or you may set your sights too low.
Having a bucket list written and close by at all times can act as a good reminder of some of the things you would love to do, see, and become. Having clarity can separate you from the average life and mentality.
There are a ton of different areas you can focus on your bucket list; these could include; travel, career, money, health, fame, etc.
The things you may want to do will differ from person to person, but here are some ideas to get you thinking.

As you can see, some of these examples may be business-related, life-related, and travel. There are no limits to how big your bucket list ideas can be. I encourage you to think big and don’t limit yourself.
I’ve been told two things guaranteed in life are taxes and death. Everyone will eventually leave this place. Time is finite. This is why I want you to do what you want and chase your bucket list dreams.
While you may not be able to accomplish everything right away (which is fine), you want to start picking away items as soon as possible. Time doesn’t stop for anyone. I believe if you create a bucket list and start checking off things, you will feel fulfilled and happy.
While life doesn’t go as planned, achieving some of your most wanted goals and dreams, and seeing some of the most spectacular sights in the world will help you enjoy your time here.
Why wait for the perfect time when you don’t know how much longer you have? Taking a leap of faith and doing some of your bucket list activities will pay off huge. The time is now to create and start charging towards your dreams. Do it before it’s too late.
